| The award will be presented to the outgoing YP Squadron Commodore at the United States Naval Academy at his Change of Command Ceremony as an honor to recognize his service in developing future Surface Warriors in the art of seamanship, navigation and leadership. The individual award is a USN Sword and a permanent plaque recognizing previous recipients is maintained at a the US Naval Academy. |
